ABOUT PASCO



History of PASCO

PASCO is a Colorado owned and operated home health care agency. The founders, Lee Fisher-Rosenberg and Barry Rosenberg have extensive experience in serving persons with severe disabilities.

PASCO was incorporated in 1991 and started operations on January 1, 1992 with one client. In 2003, PASCO served approximately 250 consumers/clients providing over 330,000 hours of direct service.

PASCO was selected in 1996 by Colorado Cross Disability Coalition as the Outstanding Service Provider in the field.

PASCO'S Vision/Mission

The vision of PASCO is to promote independent living. PASCO wants to serve as a catalyst for clients/consumers who wish to direct and be involved with their care. PASCO wants persons with disabilities to have viable choices in how and where they live. In addition, PASCO strives to assist parents who have children with disabilities. The mission of PASCO is to provide quality home health services promoting health and safety. PASCO continually strives for client/consumer satisfaction.

PASCO'S Philosophy

The foundation of PASCO is "CHOICE". To the maximum extent feasible, PASCO works to accomodate the needs and wants of each client/consumer.
