Book A Ride Program

Did you know Colorado has a free transportation service for individuals receiving Medicaid?

Intelliride is a service that provides non-emergency medical and non-medical transportation at no cost to individuals receiving Medicaid in the Centennial State.

Booking this service can be done in three easy steps:

Schedule your ride at least three days in advance

Have this information ready:

Your date of birth, first and last name, phone number, and Medicare or Medicaid ID number.
Your doctor’s or facility’s name, address, and telephone number.

Online Chat

If you live outside of Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Broomfield, Denver, Douglas, Jefferson, Larimer, or Weld county you will need to contact your local transportation provider directly to book a ride. You can find the number to do so here.
