Community Support Group: a Spotlight on Stress Series

Too much stress can feel uncomfortable in our bodies and minds and have a negative impact on our relationships with ourselves and others. In our Community Support Group series “Spotlight on Stress,” we will explore the hidden impact of stress on our lives and shine the light on sustainable practices for Caregivers and family members.

In each class of this series, we will offer guided meditation, an invitation to journal or draw, group share, and mindful movement to help you release “stuck” emotions, connect in community and come back to your true self.

This spotlight on stress is taking place exactly 1 year after Coloradans were asked to stay home in response to COVID-19. Guided by Humanity will help us explore our own stress, grief, and isolation in this 4 part series.
