Please note – this is the second dose for PASCO’s 4/14 clinic.
The COVID-19 pandemic has presented many challenges within our community and we have been diligently working alongside our partners to get everyone who wants the COVID-19 vaccine. PASCO is hosting a COVID-19 vaccine clinic for the disability community in partnership with Good Day Pharmacy.
Additional Information
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Masks are required at all times.
- We will be offering the second dose of the Moderna vaccine at this clinic.
- Health insurance is not required to receive the vaccine.
