EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS 101
For People With Disabilities, their Families, Friends and Caregivers
This is a FREE interactive class to give students basic information on family and home emergency preparedness. We will discuss hazards and emergencies in the Arapahoe County area, and different ways people can work together to prepare.
Students will learn about different types of emergencies, accessing emergency information, what actions they may be asked to take, and creating emergency plans based on individual strengths and needs during a disaster!
Participants will leave with a free first aid kit to start or add to their disaster kits.
Space is limited! Please register with Dan Johnson, Djohnson7@arapahoegov.com, or by phone at 720-874 4028, with the names of the individuals attending and any accommodations you may need in order to participate.
