Take a moment for yourself and join us. Natasha Chaoua, an instructor with Guided by Humanity will lead us in a mindfulness workshop as part of our dedication to care for the caregivers. Learn new breathing techniques and mental visualizations to ease your worries and regain control.
In this workshop we will be discussing:
- What is mindfulness?
- How does stress show up for you through your thoughts, words, and actions?
We will practice throughout the workshop reflection exercises, mindful movement, breathing techniques and guided meditation to end the session.
