Adams County Aging Network

Our mission is to improve the lives of older Americans. ACAN is a network of community organizations that serve Senior Citizens in Adams County. We bring together nonprofit organizations, businesses, and government to develop creative solutions that improve the lives of all older adults.

Alzheimer’s Association

Formed in 1980, the Alzheimer's Association advances research to end Alzheimer's and dementia while enhancing care for those living with the disease.

ALS Rocky Mountain Chapter

The Rocky Mountain Chapter was founded in 1996 to serve the needs of those living with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis and their caregivers. The ALS Association is the only national not-for-profit health organization dedicated solely to the fight against ALS. The ALS Association covers all the bases — research, patient and community services, public education, and advocacy — in providing help and hope to those facing the disease.

Arapahoe County Council on Aging

The Arapahoe County Council on Aging was established in 1975 by the Arapahoe County Commissioners to serve as the official advocate for Arapahoe County's 70,000 elderly (sixty years of age and older).

Area Agency on Aging (Boulder)

Provides leadership in assessing the strengths and needs of older adults; facilitates strategic planning and implementation; and funds and provides services to benefit older adults and their family caregivers.

Area Agency on Aging (Denver)

We are responsible for the establishment of a comprehensive, coordinated system of community-based supportive and nutrition services for the Denver region's older adults.

Area Agency on Aging (Larimer)

The Larimer County Office on Aging will assist older adults, age 60 and older, in maintaining health, dignity, independence, and quality of life by advocating, planning, coordinating, and delivering services and programs with an emphasis on meeting the needs of those who are socially and/or economically disadvantaged.

Area Agency on Aging (Weld)

The Weld County AAA also houses the Long-Term Care Single Entry Point, ADRC Program and Adult Protective Services for those ages 18 and older.

Colorado Senior Lobby

Colorado Senior Lobby is a non-profit, non-partisan, all volunteer organization, that speaks with a unified voice for all Coloradoans, particularly those who are 60 years of age and older. The Lobby focuses on issues and promotes beneficial legislation, while remaining strictly non-partisan and not supporting any specific political party or candidate. is a comprehensive resource offering safety guides for infants, families, patients and seniors, as well as publishing important health news, recalls and safety alerts.

Denver Regional Mobility & Access Council (DRMAC)

To ensure people with mobility challenges have access to the community by increasing, enhancing, sharing and coordinating regional transportation services and resources.


Our highly-skilled and compassionate nurses and case workers provide free health clinics and substantial follow-up care, acting as a bridge to the complex health care and social service systems. We give our most vulnerable seniors the tools to live independently which is key to preserving their quality of life.

Home Builders Foundation

The Home Builders Foundation provides accessibility solutions and home modifications for individuals with disabilities and financial need through the collaborated efforts of the home building industry. Projects are considered based on an accessibility need, funds and resources available at the time of the request, the location of the home, and the financial need of the applicant.

Inner City Health Center

Foreshadowing modern trends in integrated medicine, the founders sought to care for the whole person by providing Medical, Dental, and Counseling services in one place.  Inner City Health Center was one of the earliest providers in the region to recognize the critical need to integrate oral and mental health into medical care.

Jefferson County Council on Aging

JCCoA is an advocacy group of volunteers whose mission is to identify and address the needs, concerns, and issues of older adults in Jefferson County, Colorado.

Seniors Resource Center

Seniors Resource Center is a non-profit community partner dedicated to the independence, dignity and quality of life for seniors in the Metro Denver area and surrounding communities. The Senior Hub

The mission of The Senior Hub is to advance the quality of life for older adults through advocacy, community partnerships, and a variety of direct services planned to sustain an independent, healthy aging experience. The Senior Hub, Inc. is a senior services agency offering support and referral to older adults primarily in the north Denver, Colorado metropolitan area.
