Terms and Conditions – PASCO CareMatch™
Acceptance of Terms
The following terms and conditions, INCLUDING THE BINDING ARBITRATION PROVISION, ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK, LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, USE OF PHOTOS AND MEDICAL RELEASE, (the “TOS”) govern all use of the pascocarematch.com website and all digital content and services available at or through that website (taken together, the “Service”). The Service is owned and operated by PASCO. (“we”, “us” or “PASCO CareMatch”). The Service is offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies (including, without limitation, PASCO’s Privacy Policy) and procedures that may be published from time to time.
Please read this TOS carefully before accessing or using the Service. By accessing or using any part of the Service, you agree to become bound by this TOS. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this TOS, then you may not access the Service or use any services. Acceptance is expressly limited to these terms.
If you are entering into this TOS on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to this TOS. In that case, the terms “you” or “your” shall also refer to such entity. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with this TOS, you may not use the Service.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account. You must immediately notify Care.com of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security. Care.com will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions.
Service Eligibility and Funding
This service is made available through funding provided by Health First Colorado (Medicaid). As a result, we can only offer our caregiving respite services to clients who are currently enrolled in the Colorado Medicaid program. If a client does not have active Medicaid coverage in Colorado, we regret to inform you that we will be unable to provide our services to them.
Care Plan Approval
Prior to the approval and provision of respite and other services by PASCO, our agency must be officially listed on the client’s care plan. Our dedicated Care Navigation Team is available to guide and assist clients and their families in the process of including PASCO in the care plan. Please contact our Care Navigation Team for further assistance in this matter.
Provider Qualifications
All caregivers and providers within our network must meet certain qualifications to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients. To be eligible as a provider, individuals must:
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Successfully pass a comprehensive background check.
• Clear the Colorado Adult Protective Services (CAPS) check to confirm their suitability for caregiving roles.
• Attend all require Care Trainings and complete all required Compliance Course
Limitations on Service Availability
While we are committed to making every effort to match clients with suitable providers for their respite care needs, there may be situations beyond our control that could limit our ability to serve everyone. These circumstances may include, but are not limited to, a shortage of available providers, geographical constraints, and other unforeseen challenges. We will do our best to communicate any such limitations to our clients and work towards potential solutions.

PASCO aims to provide the best possible caregiving respite matching services within the constraints of the Health First Colorado (Medicaid) funding and other external factors. We make no guarantees regarding the availability of services and the ability to match all clients with providers, and we will act in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
