How it works

A provider of your choice can assist with personal care tasks like bathing, feeding, or hygiene, as appropriate.

These supports include directly performing the tasks, demonstration of how to complete the task, or reminders to stay focused.

This program promotes independence for your child while allowing you to spend more time on yourself or other friends and family members.

Who Qualifies?

Eligibility is determined by a physician’s recommendation for personal care supports.

PASCO helps coordinate the necessary documentation through Health First Colorado (Medicaid).
