In 1992, Barry Rosenberg & Lee Fisher set their sights on creating a company that served the community they cared about most.
Their dedication and care for the disability community stemmed from the disability civil rights movement and culminated in the founding of PASCO. 30 years later, our core principles of choice, independence, and empowerment have held strong. Since our founding, we have been focused on servicing traditional home health and the Family Caregiver Model that helps clients of all ages live independently in the community. We are honored to have the continued support and trust of so many families and look forward to continuing to provide quality service, resources, and caring connections to our community for years to come.
We are so thankful for our amazing PASCO family that has made these past 30 years so incredible.
The PASCO Family
Being a part of the PASCO family means our clients receive the best care possible by taking good care of the healthcare professionals we employ, which is why we began our Care for the Caregiver initiative. This includes extensive resources, educational seminars for family and parent caregivers, as well as community events for clients and caregivers alike. We have been pioneers in reaching these objectives through advocacy, support, and compassion for our clients and caregivers. Our service history demonstrates our success.

Impact on the Front Range
As we saw the need to be of service to more individuals in our community we expanded across the front range. Starting from our little broom closet of an office on Colfax, moving to a larger building in Lakewood, expanding our footprint in another building in Lakewood, and opening our new branch in Colorado Springs. All the while we continued to offer community-based services across the frontrange.
