This is a no cost to you service provided by PASCO to ensure you feel comfortable in the delivery of this care to your loved one.
Our knowledgeable nurses are excellent trainers across the spectrum of feeding delivery options and are here to help with training, practice and support needed to provide quality care with confidence.
We are not an enteral feeding company but we do offer a list of providers that can help.

Common conditions that a child may have where a gastrostomy tube (G-tube) can be needed*
- Autism

We offer comprehensive training for parents on caring for their child or loved one’s enteral feeding tube. Our experienced nurses provide accurate, basic training on topics such as flushing the tube with water, preventing clogging, proper skin care around the tube site, and recognizing and addressing common issues like granulation tissue.
How do you support parents through the transition of having a child with a feeding tube?
Your loved one’s care team, including nurses, case managers and physician and staff, work together to guide and support parents through this significant life change. We offer ongoing community and group support, as well as 24/7 nursing assistance to address any concerns or questions that may arise.
How do you help parents manage common feeding tube issues?
Our nurses are well-versed in addressing common feeding tube problems, such as clogging, leakage, or skin irritation around the tube site. We can provide advice on troubleshooting these issues, as well as guidance on when to seek further medical attention from your child’s care team.
What support do you offer for parents after their child's feeding tube surgery?
Our care team is available to provide guidance and support throughout the entire process, including after your child’s tube placement surgery. We can address any concerns or questions you may have, and provide training on proper tube care and feeding procedures to ensure a smooth transition home.

No, our comprehensive training and support services are provided at no cost to caregivers and families. Our goal is to ensure you feel confident and supported in caring for your loved one with a feeding tube, regardless of financial considerations.
