Caring for an Aging Parent? You do have options.

PASCO pioneered the Family Caregiver program in Colorado. This program is specifically designed to allow a family member or trusted friend to be paid to provide care to your aging parent. As an agency, we will ensure that the individual providing care is properly trained, credentialed, and supported.

You gain peace of mind that your parent is safe and healthy at home.

There are two ways that the Family Caregiver Program can work for you:

Family Member (Trusted Friend) as CNA

Eligible family members or someone you trust can become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and be paid as a PASCO employee to provide care to their loved one.

In-Home Support Services (IHSS)

Through PASCO’s nurse’s skill validation, you can bypass CNA school and provide qualifying support services at a CNA level and above.
