Caring for our adult children with disabilities brings unique joys, distinct challenges, and ongoing questions about the future—especially as we grow older ourselves. While we work to navigate complex systems, plan for the future, and support our loved ones, it is equally important that we care for ourselves, prepare for crises, and know where to turn when challenges arise. Experience group sessions centering on topics like self care, legal issues, and various programs and resources. In the afternoon, you’ll have the chance to meet with providers, organizations and advocacy groups that provide actionable support for loved ones with disabilities and their families.

Admission is FREE with the donation of a canned good and/or personal care item to support our local communities.
