Virtual Special Needs Trust Presentation
This seminar will feature Steven R. Owens, an attorney who practices extensively in the area of special needs planning. Steven returns to PASCO to demonstrate how you can identify the potential risks or inhibitors facing your child and your estate plan, and how to deal with them. He will also illustrate how you can ensure that there will be sufficient resources to care for your child for his or her entire life as well as provide a true legacy for any other children.

I do need to establish a special needs trust, but for an adult. Will this be covered? If not- is there a list of resources available for how to go about the process. Hopefully a cost effective one.
Hi Deidre! Yes – Steve will go over options for getting a trust set up for an adult as well. We will also send out a copy of his presentation after the event for reference. Steve provides free consultations for PASCO families so we recommend taking advantage of that after his webinar as well!
