Families First
This family of PASCO originated out of a belief that individuals with disabilities deserve the same rights and access as everyone else. Our founder, Barry Rosenberg, has been an advocate for disability rights since the 1970s. Before curb cuts, accessible businesses, and accessible parking, Barry was fighting for access for people with disabilities.
PASCO was created to provide care for individuals that just want to live independently; in order to do so, all they need is a little help with activities of daily living – the same activities that so many able-bodied individuals take for granted.

Privacy means a lot to us here at PASCO for you as a caregiver and for your client. That is why we fought for the Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) exemption for Live-In Caregivers.)
Custom-Built Care Plan Mobile Application
As a family caregiver, we understand that your world doesn’t revolve around checking off care plan tasks while balancing all of the other needs of your household. This is why we moved quickly to adopt a mobile app that allows the flexibility for you to honor your child’s care plan on your time.
