Self-Empowerment Through Music and Yoga Series

You’re invited to this virtual workshop hosted by Beyond Mental Space and Rhythmic Roots Music Services, LLC! Participants will log onto Zoom for an hour and a half where they will learn about different ways to use music and yoga for self-empowerment, including a group songwriting experiential that will utilize songwriting both lyrics and yoga poses. Participants will leave with the final group songwriting as well as handouts of the skills learned in the workshop.

There are six days this workshop is being offered. Participants may sign up for however many they please, but each class will contain the same material.

Each workshop is $5 thanks to Developmental Pathways who helped fund this project through a grant!
